CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Delegate Virginia Mahan, D-Summers, grew frustrated with Delegate Ron Walters, R-Kanawha, as Walters aimed a long series of questions at an official from the office of the state Insurance Commissioner during a House Finance Committee meeting Wednesday.
