Health insurance exchange vote delayed in House

The bill’s chief sponsor alleged the state insurance industry ratcheted up an effort to influence the formation of the board that would help set up the proposed exchange.“What the legislation tries to do is to bring down the average cost of insurance for people in the state, so we can’t have the insurance industry driving the cart,” said State Rep.
