The Spanish government has introduced two new pieces of legislation for its digital TV markets, mandating clarity and shaking up muxes from its HD operators.
The new legislation obliges broadcasters to inform viewers when a broadcast is shown in HDTV. This change's goal is all the citizens have more information and at the same time know at any moment when they are receiving
