ROTTERDAM, N.Y.-- People from across the area gathered at a Locks of Love fundraising event on Sunday.
Participants were asked to donate their hair to the organization that creates wigs for children with long-term or permanent medical hair loss. The donated hair must be 10 inches long and permed, dyed, and gray hair are all accepted.
