230 Franklin County residents to lose health insurance

Two hundred-thirty Franklin County residents will lose health insurance through the state's adultBasic program unless additional funding is authorized. The adultBasic program, which provides low-cost health insurance for low-income adults in Pennsylvania, is set to expire Feb. 28 due to a lack of funding.
